How Long Is Delivery?

Orders Are All Processed Within 1/2 Working Days. These are then shipped with either Next Day Guaranteed 1pm Delivery (1-3 Working Days), or First Class (3-5 Working Days) depending on whichever option you have selected.

Where Is My Order? 

The shipping confirmation email you receive after placing your order will include a tracking number which you can follow on the couriers website/app. Please note, once your order has been shipped, we cannot give any further updates apart from what the couriers updates are with the tracking number.

How Is Payment Taken?

Payment can be taken via a number of payment methods. For example; Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and all Stripe payment methods. 

Can I Pay With Buy Now / Pay Later?

At the moment, no. However, we are currently working behind the scenes to cater to all our customers and make the ordering process as suitable for everyone as possible.  

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Are Refunds / Exchanges Available?

Thank you for choosing to shop with SaucedByHS. We appreciate your business and trust in our services and products. This refund policy entails the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for purchases made through SaucedByHS.

1. No Refund Policy: SaucedByHS maintain a strict no-refund policy for all products and services unless there has been an error on our side. We strongly believe in providing the best quality service possible, whilst maintaining the maximum customer satisfaction at all times. 
2. Refunds Will Only Be Considered Under The Follow Circumstances:
    - If an error has occurred on our side, resulting in an incorrect product or service.
    - If the item received is not the right size due to a mistake made by us throughout the processing phase.
3. Refund Process For Size Errors:
    - If you have received an incorrect product/size, please reach out to our contact support team on saucedbyhs@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, your name, your shipping details and the details of the error made.
    - Upon approval, you will be instructed to ship back the item for inspection.
    - Once we receive the item, an inspection will be done to ensure the item is in a resealable condition. Please allow 1-3 working days for this process.
    - Once this is confirmed, you will be refunded the shipping costs associated with returning the item and a replacement item will be shipped to you promptly with free Guaranteed Next Day 1pm Delivery.

- SaucedByHS reserves the right to modify or update this Refund policy at any given time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- By making a purchase with SaucedByHS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
