Your right to cancel
You can cancel any online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email hassan@saucedbyhs.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Condition
Items must be returned unworn and unwashed, with all original tags, labels and packaging (including the shoe box, with no stickers or tape on it). Trainers should only be tried on indoors. If an item comes back worn or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

How to return
1. Email us with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
2. We'll reply with the return address within 1 working day.
3. Send it with a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you showing proof of postage, if that comes first). Your original standard delivery charge is refunded if you return the whole order; the extra cost of Express delivery is not.

Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days with photos. We'll cover return postage and offer a full refund, replacement or repair. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

Mystery Boxes
Mystery Boxes can be returned unopened within the 14-day period. Once opened, individual items can be returned under this policy, and the box is refunded at the value of the items returned.

Authenticity
Every item is 100% authentic and checked before dispatch. If you ever have a concern about authenticity, contact us and we'll resolve it.
