Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next working day.

UK delivery
Standard (First Class, tracked) — £4.99 — 3–5 working days after dispatch
Express (Next Day Guaranteed by 1pm) — £14.99 — next working day after dispatch
Express — FREE on orders of £150 or more

International delivery
EU Standard — £14.99 — 5–10 working days
EU Express — £44.99 — 2–5 working days
Rest of world (US, Canada, Australia, UAE and more) Standard — £23.99 — 7–14 working days
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges in their country.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Local collection
You can collect in person from Bedford by appointment — book via the Office Visit option or message us.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, contact us at hassan@saucedbyhs.co.uk and we'll chase the carrier. Delivery times are carrier estimates from the point of dispatch.
