Processing Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

UK delivery

• Standard: £4.99 — usually 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Express: £14.99 — usually 1–2 working days after dispatch. Free on orders of £150 or more.

EU delivery

• Standard International: £14.99 — usually 5–10 working days after dispatch
• Express International: £44.99 — usually 3–5 working days after dispatch

Rest of the world (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Switzerland, Norway)

• Standard International: £23.99 — usually 7–14 working days after dispatch

Customs, duties and taxes Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes and handling fees by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or delivery charges. Refused deliveries are refunded minus the original delivery charge and any return costs.

Delivery times Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed, especially at busy times such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Christmas Last order dates for Christmas delivery will be posted on this page and on our homepage by 20 November.

Lost or damaged parcels Tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep all packaging and send us photos.
